Hi there I've tried everything to get my sky puck to work but it's not working at all

Assuming this is a result of the issue affecting all Pucks from last Thursday, have you run the fix here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-stream-wont-turn-on

 

If so, at what point are you unable to complete it?
