We've only had Sky Stream for 3 weeks and the batteries supplied with the remote have exploded! I'm reluctant to even try new batteries in this as it seems like a safety hazard!
Anyone had this issue? Assuming it's replaceable under warranty..?

Find out more@Muz330 Yes, it will be replaced by Sky but you should contact then to discuss as your exploding remote is obviously a safety issue that they need to be aware of. There was a spate of this happening to remotes earlier in the year but it has not been so prevalent in recent months.
I see you post has automatically been escalate to the Community Messaging Team so they should be in contact but it not give Sky a call.

As the puck is loaned to you, Sky will replace the remote control under warranty. You will need to speak to Sky for this (we are fellow customers on the forum) or you can try this link: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
