Was working OK since supply a few weeks ago. Now its faulty. Programme stops and jumps back and keeps doing that until rebooted.

On the puck open the netflix app, go to Get Help, run the connection test.

Connected by hdmi and speed 32.54. It seems to be a fault with live playback as I can correct it without rebooting by fast forwarding as much as possible.
