Audio Guidance – phantom activation

We have just (10 days) switched from Virgin to Sky.  We have an LG TV in the bedroom (LG 32LQ63006LA – 2 years old). We have thew Sky TV Pod connected to that LG TV via HDMI.  We always watch ‘cable’ TV i.e. we do not use the TV to watch live TV.  Each day or night at various random  points the settings on the LG TV change so that the Accessibility / Audio Guidance is 'ON' and a female voice is speaking / stating the name of every press of every button. I then must go through the lengthy (painful) process of accessing the settings on the LG TV and switching it off and then a few hours later it comes back on.

Question:

How/Why is this feature coming 'ON'  (Note:  I removed the TV remote from that room for a number of days and it still happened i.e. it is still happening when the remote control is not used).
