Fast forward or rewind problems

Really weird one here.

i record eastenders and when I go to watch on recorded I cannot immediately start fast forward there is about a 10 second delay before ff starts. This does not happen with any other recording ever. Weirdly when eastenders was on bbc2 it still happens?

it's really not a major problem but bugs me, slightly!!

any feedback ( not on my choice of program) gratefully received

Eastenders wouldn't cloud record as it's a BBc show, so any playback it would be launching the IPlayer app to play the episode.

BBC IPlayer always loads a short BBC trailer prior to the show loading.

This is a recording not an iPlayer launch I have Q so only iPlayer if directed. It doesn't happen on any other programme recording.

@Midcenturyinterio You are posting on the Sky Stream board (not Sky Q) which is where the confusion is coming from.
