Failed delivery

I have now ordered the sky stream (puck) twice and both times DPD have failed to deliver it! We are in a new build and I gave instructions, however they still said the package was refused, when they never even bothered to attempt delivery. 
our broadband was sent by Royal Mail without a problem.  Can I arrange for the delivery to go to a DPD drop off and I will collect, as wasted 2 days holiday now

@Vanessa3130  I'm afraid you're talking to other customers and as far as we are aware you'll need to get the item delivered to your address as per the link below.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
