Extra stream puck

Sky stream additional pick advertised on tv as £6.50 but when I try to add it to my account it says it is £8 does anyone know why? How do I get it form£6.50?

Phone Sky. Tell them where you saw it advertised at £6.50 and ask for them to honour that.
