Every time I pause a program it turns of

When I watch sky TV like Emmerdale or coronation Street and pause it only will pause for 3 minutes

@Nikkinooruby  This doesn't sound like a Sky Go app issue, please advise what Sky service you're using?

Which means it's not a  Sky Go issue, Sky Go is an app, it soundsl like you have a stream puck?

Hi @Nikkinooruby This is one of the more annoying things with the streaming platform (Glass and Stream) and is related to the ECO features.  Have you actually timed it as I used to think it shut down after about 5 minutes until I timed it and found it remained on pause for exactly 10 minutes followed by a minutes warning.   I was caught out earlier today.
