Eurosport 4K

I can see under the TV guide on the Home Screen, it's saying we have the 4K channel, but when you go to view all and on the sports channel, it's not there

If I click it though, it goes to Sky sports and you are watching Sky sports in UHD and goes to channel 3

That is one of the three Ultra HD channels On Sky Glass and Sky Stream.

Two of the above are used by Sky Sports.

The third is used by Eurosport ( and has always had the Eurosport4 logo on its tile), for their Tennis (Roland Garrod) 4k coverage and has been used in the past for their Olympic coverage, but they did not offer any 4k this year for the Olympics.

Sky Sports has on a few occasions a while back also used the third one.

Do you have your channel favourites setup, as that is what is shown on the home rail for that TV guide listing

Sounds like you set a favourite for one or more of the Ultra HD channels that are in the 900s.

They are not always available to call up via their channel numbers, so can get removed/ missing from your favourites.

Currently only 906 is available as a selectable channel from the default tv guide, unless you had or added it in your favourites, when it was available to call by its number.
