Hi, wow, I follow the previous note, reset APPs and unpluged Tv and now MY5 is working as well. Certainly worth trying.

Did anyone fix this ? I got two episodes into a series and now My5 is just a black screen whether I refresh apps or not ?
This tv has major issues....I've had to read a lot more since I got it tbh 🤦♀️

Hi,
i was watching the new documentary My wife, My abuser last night on My5.
Watched less than half and I needed to pause it for a bit as I had something else to do.
When I returned the Sky Glass TV had switched itself off.
Ever since I was unable to access My5 again, I keep getting the yellow circle.
I refreshed my apps to no avail.
Is there anything I can do?? It's extremely frustrating!

Having the same issue with my 5 it was working fine till a couple of days ago. It will play the adverts then black screens. Tried rebooting and refreshing apps several times. Also rebooting the router countless times still not solved the problem. I can watch all other streaming services and it is only My5 that I am having this problem with. Help!

My broadband provider is 3 and my hub is 5G. I have a super fast connection so that is not the issue. My5 worked until a couple of days ago I have tried launching through playlist, My5 app and voice control and nothing works. It plays the adverts then black screens. Refreshed the apps rebooted the puck and also the router several times and it has made no difference. It is only My 5 that I am having this problem with.

The new series of Ellis ep2 is not on 5 app just get an error.

It is deffo a sky stream problem with my5. Constantly seems to not load, not sit in playlist correctly, always saying different errors. Sky just want to blame my5 app, bit funny that it works well through other platforms like free view etc. I'm fed up to tje back teeth of ongoing problems with the while sky stream to be honest.

Episode 1 is OK but selecting Episode 2 causes an APP error 1003, saying undefined app! Episode 2 works fine on my PC and phone.

Getting similar - get App 1003 error code, but think this could be a Sky problem not ch5 as can download Ellis Ep2 on My5 app on my phone. Have refreshed the apps on sky but no change. Anyone have any ideas?

Doing a search within the My5 app on Sky Stream does not show.
But of course it is linked as a playable asset from the listing on Sky Stream, but fails to play.
So there must be some database failure somewhere.
Your best bet to get the attention of Sky would be for all of you checked to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.

Yes absolutely.
There is definitely a reoccurring issue that clearly they haven't found a long term fix.
All examples people are giving points to this being a sky/app and unfortunately the work around of adding to playlist and going round that way isn't working either. Refresh app doesn't work. Restarting the system doesn't work. The error definitely seems imbedded in the back end, or a coding issue - perhaps a connection has dropped somewhere along the process. I’m no expert so I may be talking rubbish!
The only way is to watch through a laptop, no issue there.
