Hi. I recently left Sky and was wondering whether I need to return the puck and if so then how do I do this.
When I left, Sky very quickly got in touch and asked for the hub back, sent a prepaid box to send it in and that is all done. However there is nothing about the puck. I obviously don't need it anymore but am afraid if putting it in the WEEE pile at the tip in case in several months time Sky suddenly pop up and tell me they want it back.
Anyone any idea? If I can send it back then dies anyone know where I should send it?
Thanks

These need to be returned if you cancel or change service to avoid any non-return charges.
Sky will email you to let you know what to return and when.

Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Re: Do I return the puck when leaving Sky?
Thanks. I thought that was the case. The issue is that it has been several weeks now, and Sky has not sent any information about the puck. As noted they got in touch about the hub, but so far nothing about the puck.
I did send Sky customer services a message about this a couple of weeks ago but noone got back to me.
So, Sky own the puck and want it back, but do not send any information how to do that and refuse to answer customer service questions about it. Any idea as to how I proceed anyone?

Re: Do I return the puck when leaving Sky?
See Sky's help here. Check first that the Puck was loaned to you as explained in the 'Useful info'.
If it were me, and the Puck was loaned, I'd return it without waiting to hear from Sky.
Be sure to obtain and keep indefinitely proof of posting as well as following the instructions about .having a note of your account no. etc in the package.
