Do I need satellite cables ?

I am moving my sky q  tv to another room . The existing sky tv satellite cabling runs under the floor in my existing set up . It is a big job to remove existing cabling and re/route to the ne room . Is there new hardware that works solely off the internet without the dish an co-ax cables .

You need to research Stream. I will move your post to that board where you'll receive advice from customers who have it.

If you want Sky Q and the ability to record then you need to keep the dish and cables.
Sky Stream is the newer Sky TV service which runs entirely using your home broadband network so can function over WiFi.
BUT... do your own research first - it's a very different service to Sky Q and does not record in the same sense. There are fewer channels and it's entirely self-setup so there's no engineer support.
It works very well for some and badly for others, it depends on how you use it and what you watch. Your broadband network also needs to be fast and stable, otherwise it's pointless even considering it.
