Dissatisfaction

I am new to Sky streaming service via a puk. When we signed up we were of the understanding the playlist system was similar to recordings as with other companies. However we find it so disappointing.
As we are in the Republic of Ireland we seem to  very limited with some of the playlist system.  Most certainly no comparison to our previous provider. If I had have been told that what you have enjoyed before moving. Would be most definitely very different , with no comparison to what I was leaving. I will have do the time to end of contract.

So it looks like I will have to suffer till the contract expires.

Re: Dissatisfaction

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Hi @Jaybob1

We are fellow subscribers on the forum, but with anything that you are buying it pays to do your own research. Even in the UK, while cloud recording has improved it will never be a replacement for local disk recording, especially with PSBs.

However if you feel that you have been miss sold and you are within your first 31 days you can cancel. You can also try raising a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint-roi

It might also be worth researching your consumer rights, as they do vary from here in the UK, so I wouldn't like to comment.

Hope you get sorted.
