Disruption to viewing, compensation?
Sky box didn't work last weekend so missed cricket, new sky stream v erratic so a weeks disrupted viewing. Some compensation would be nice as have been a customer since last century!

Unlike broadband there's no industry scheme for compensation due to service disruption, and the regulator doesn't require it. You can attempt to negotiate with Sky for a goodwill measure if you wish.

How was your viewing disrupted ? If your internet went down then that needs to be taken up with your isp
Edit - removed references to glass when realised it was stream

I rang Sky to complain about my dead Stream remote and they gave me a small credit as compensation. As others have said, you need to speak to them.
