Hi, I've had Disney + through sky but today I got a email saying I've cancelled even tho it's still on my sky subscription active, does anyone know a customer service contact form

Is the email from Sky or Disney? What is it asking you to do? Is it addressed to you by name? Just checking in case it's a scam email.

Is that a previous account or a new account via Sky? Seems strange it should be cancelled without your knowledge.

It's a old account but it worked fine for 2 weeks now saying this, is they a email address for customer service for sky don you know

Have you tried to activate again via disney app on your Sky box?

And what dose it say if you try loging into your account on the Disney plus web site. If you can go the account page is should say "payment though Sky"
