Where did you pay you £9 on Sky Market place or Disney ? Why If it was Sky market place log out of Disney plus app on your Sky box . You should then be presented with a screen with a QR code use that code and follow the instructions. When asked for your log in make sure you put in your Sky ID log in.If you downgrade that will not take effect till next billing date ina months time You will have premium till then

Hi. I can't log out of the Disney app as I am not logged in. I go to the disney app, I get the 'log in or create account' qr code and a activation code.
When I go on my phone , (I use the same email and password for sky, ) enter the code, it says 'welcome back please continue subscription' then it comes up with which payment plan do I want and that's as far as I can get
When I first activated Disney plus about a month ago it worked fine then when partners cancelled their sub through Disney which we watched through the TV app and not sky, I haven't been able to log in. The emails were not wrong and the accounts were not linked.
