I can't get disney plus to work on either of my sky pucks, its shows an error code 1026

This is often caused as we have seen in this community from other customers by a broadband issue, namely your ISP supplied IP for some reason not recognised correctly by Disney.

Others have contacted Disney via their chat or call options here, and got it resolved;
