Disney plus locks up my Sky Stream on play

Reloaded and factory reset my Sky Stream box but when I go to Disney+ app it logs on ok and lets me select a film.  But when I press play it locks up the Sky steam and the only way I can get it back is by unplugging it and plugging it back in !!  HELP can't watch Disney Plus!!

See you mention a reset, assume from your post that is just a power restart.

Try  a restart of your Sky Stream box from the settings restart option.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

If that does not resolve, try a refresh of your apps:

1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
2. Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
