Disney plus issue

I switched to Sky a few weeks ago and have been trying to set up all the apps, Disney plus will not sign. It keeps telling me to complete subscription. I have had Disney plus for several years. I have seen other posts related to this but no answer posted. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks

@Aimz85   Something to try is to go to Settings and then System management and you will see App refresh, select that and wait, it takes a few minutes, then you will be returned to the Home screen.    See if that sorts it.
