Have you tried rebooting your router? ( usually its best to turn it off for about 5 minutes).

 

I believe that error from Disney + is usually related to them detecting your IP isn't UK based.

See you have tried a settings restart and an apps refresh.


That error, as above  is very often related to an internet connection glitch somewhere with your connection path.

 

Can you put your Sky Stream puck into standby, do not power it off.

Then, power off your broadband router and leave off power for a minimum of half hour.

This length of time is what ISPs allow for as a reset pointer for your WAN IP to refresh.

Once your broadband router is back up, bring your puck out of standby using the home key on the remote and play a linear live tv channel for about five minutes, and then after that try the Disney + app again.

 

If that still does not help, come back here and we can look to escalate to Sky for you, for some further help.
