Disney out of sync
I've tried to watch a few series on Disney Loki and iron heart. But as soon as it gets to the first set of adds, the picture freezes and I can hear the sound or it goes completely out of whack. This has happened across two pucks the same issue so it must be the stream, Im starting to regret switching to sky stream, issues with uhd this and other small issues like the guide not working every time.
I've had a Roku for ages and now TV and never had these issues .
Anyone know of a workaround other than full reset as this hasnt helped. And I can't keep full resetting when I want to watch something

@MrD31 Is this just happening on Disney+?
A few things to try if not already.
App refresh. Go to Settings, System management, Resets & updates, then select App refresh. Wait a few minutes until it automatically returns you to the Home Screen.
Reset your router turning it off for at least 30 mins.
If not connected with am Ethernet cable, check your puck is freestanding only touching the shelf it is on and nothing else touching it or resting on it. Even experimenting putting it in a different position altogether even if only to test it out.
I hope one of those sorts it.
