Disney plus account not activating

I am a new sky customer of sky stream. I added Disney plus to my package which asked me to set up an account with Disney plus. It worked for a couple of weeks and now only asks to add subscription to sky package. I have checked my package and Disney is included. Any help?

@Da54   Have you tried going to Settings, System management, and chose Refresh apps.  This takes a few minutes so wait for it to return you to the Home Screen.  Then go back into exactly the same settings and chose Restart.  Alain wait for it to reset and return you to the Home Screen and see if that sorts it.
