Disney + not loading on Sky

I have just tried to go onto disney + on my Sky box but its not loading. The screen just stays blank. Ive tried refreshing the apps and reseting. I have had something like this happen before but it have me an error code when I went onto disney, there's just nothing now. Any help is greatly appreciated thank-you!
