Disney+ error message

Trying to log into Disney+ but keep getting error code 1026 - AUTH_SERVICE_INT_FAILURE

 

Any ideas how to clear this please

Try turning your router off for at least 30 minutes which should force an IP address update.  Also go into Settings, System management, Reset and updates and select App refresh, this will only take a few minutes and will return you automatically to the Home Screen.
