Check device power error page
The check device power error page comes up. If I hold the off button it turns the tv off and the volume buttons work but other than that other buttons aren't working on my remote so it won't let me select power on.. although the remote for my Samsung tv does work this lets me open up connection guide and connected devices but has no response when I click the power on button. I have checked all the cables at the back of the tv. The tv is working fine on other apps and I've changed the batteries on my remote so now I'm stuck for ideas to make it work

Re: Check device power error page
@Pault88 Thats not a Stream Puck message thats a TV message, you need to use your TV remote to remove it. Please refer to your TV user manual.
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Check device power error page
As mentioned above.
That is a TV message, not a message from the Sky Stream puck. Most commonly seen on a Samsung TV.
You may want to toggle the Samsung TV CEC settings and doing a power plug reset of the TV.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +
My good journey to Sky Stream from Sky Q. Click here to read
