Disney+ and error code

Hi everyone, I have sky ultimate and looking to stream Disney+ though there new offer of this month but everytime I go to the sky shop I get "We'll be back soon" MYSKY _1018. Or MYSKY_2018

Any help please, thank you.

@Supersticky  To resolve this, turn off the power to your puck, wait 1 minute then power up again.  Once returned to the Home Screen go to Settings (easiest way is to press the voice button and say Settings) go to System management Resets & updates and select App refresh.  This takes several minutes but wait until you have been automatically returned to the Home Screen.  Then retry your Disney+ app.  I hope that works.

My sky shop still doesn't work, keep getting error 2018 or 1018

Sometime in March, as yet unannounced. No idea on the shop errors.
