Each time my Dad uses the Disney+ app and searches for a movie, then selects it, the screen goes blank and his Sky Puk crashes and the only way to get it going again is to switch the Puk back on. Any ideas on how to resolve this? We have checked his tv for updates and have refreshed all apps via Sky settings. His internet must be ok because he can watch everything else on other apps.
