Discussion topic:Stuck on turn on voice guidance

I am stuck on turn on/off voice guidance in setting up Sky Stream on my Samsung TV.  Not able to press yes/no option at the page. How can I get this resolved? I have plugged in the HDMI cable and power cable, the Sky logo loads and goes straight to the page on voice guidance but I cannot do anything on either the Sky Stream remote or my TV remote to go any further or do anything else.

Sorry, this can be closed! I found the solution and it was very silly... there was still some paper in the remote blocking the batteries and so once I removed that it started working 😄
