Discovery plus

I can't  log into my discovery plus account it's showing as being on my tv subscription package. But can't login. 
can it be reset.

Thanks for you help. But it was working previously but. O longer seems to recognise me when I log in. 
I've tried reset password. But it does not recognise my email address

Ok, if you had previously activated and you had previously been logged in on your Sky Stream, suggest;

 

Using the chat facility bottom right at Discovery+ to check your account email address.

Kepp asking questions and you will get a real chat with an agent or a contact phone number.
