Discovery plus

New to sky ! Discovery plus is not showing on the sky store for me to add the free account. On my home page discovery plus is showing but won't allow me to sign in via sky. On my sky account it shows as I need to activate it but when I click activate it says you need a discovery plus subscription to do this, gives me a link which then takes me back in circles. Please help !

Best way to start your free subscription and activate it, as follows;

Press Home, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.

Or say “Hello Sky, go to My Sky”

Select Sky Shop then discovery+

Then follow the subscribe and activation process from step 2 here;

Is sky not able to add the recovery+ to my sky  bill.?
