Discovery plus problems

Just returned to Sky and am I sorry,discovery + appears on my products, but doesnt play, spoke to discovery + on 2 occasions signed in 4 times stiill no disc+ They say sign out of acc but it wont allow me to do this, says error 404, Disc help said they will sort it but they reckon my info from Sky out of date, 4 days now and Sky robot as much use as a choc teapot, still in cooling of period so think I'll bin it. anyhone else having probs

Hi @Des18 If you previously had Discovery + and you have just subscribed to Stream all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the THIS link) 

 

You can register or re-registered (as appropriate) by doing the following:  Use the voice command "My Sky" and then select the following:  your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions / Current / and then Discovery + Monthly. Hopefully it will say £0 per month whilst you have a Sky TV subscription.  If so select Activate subscription.

 

Also, see the following link for more information about registering for Discovery +:

If the above doesn't help they you will need to call Sky.  When you get to the Chatbot (robot) just stay silent and it will eventually put you through to the Customer Service team.

 

If you decide to cancel make sure you do so within your 31 day cooling off period.

Problem was had just returned to sky having been customer for 20 years and discovery said they must have old info,when I ring sky robot says can not link your number to account.Could not get to a screen which said sign in with sky, Watching very little at moment, see how it goes when rain comes back😀
