Discovery plus app stopped working. Error message says I need to upgrade my subscription and to contact my service provider. I have contacted both Sky and Discovery plus and both have not been able to help me nor provide me with a date when this issue will be resolved by. Absolutely poor customer service

Would you prefer they gave you date, although the date is unknown as a solution is yet to be determined?
