Discovery plus not recognising my email

I've already activated Discovery Plus on my SKY account but when I open the Discovery Plus App, it gives me the sign in page with a code to activate.  When I follow the URL and input my email address (same email address as used on SKY) it says my email account is not recognised. Can anyone help?

Additional information - if I open the discovery plus app and press ´Get Discovery +´ then a screen opens saying - You're all set.... with a button saying ´Open discovery +´ but pressing that just takes me back to the first screen.

Hi, did you get signed in? I am currently having the same issue.

I contacted Discovery plus as advised by a sky agent, and they also could not figure out the problem, but were kind enough to give me 1 month free pass and said they would look into it in the meantime!
