That's a shame - I wonder why some need to do the reset.

Just factory reset mine, all back up and working.  

Just be mndfull it does take a few mins for the blank screen to refresh, light on puk will flash red/green if it's loading.

Pain pairing apps back up.

Discovery plus

Discovery plus stopped working on my Sky stream , error code 400 says it's not connected to internet but all the other channels are working anyone having similar issues?

I've factory reset my sky as prompted and discovery plus is working now thank you

Hi 

I agree I don't want to do a factory reset if it's not going to permanently fix the problem, as you have to sign back in to all your other services. I will wait until someone confirms this has actually worked!

@Paulsaunders1 Welcome to the forum.  If you read some of the posts just above yours you will see that other than having to sign into your apps again this appears to have resolved the issue 😀

Mine is all up and running as they should after factory reset.

Error 400 no internet connection for discovery plus but TV connected through internet and that wNetf

TV connected to internet as have sky glass and Netflix working but requested discovery plus to be down loaded and cannot open as says error 400 no internet???????

@tonyang can I ask when you do factory reset do you have to reconnect to the internet, sorry to be completely thick.

@Bakewell252  Please see the post marked as answer in this thread that is discussing the same issue on Stream, resolution applies to Sky Glass also.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Discovery plus states not connected to Internet, yet netflix etc work OK. Any help welcome

No problem for some reason sky boxes do strange things like that where for example you can get Netflix to work but some others don't yet they are all the same system
