If you really want to use sky stream to watch Descovery Plus. Do a factory reset on puck but DONT update software. New sky software update has a bug. I know I will get a zero score for this reply because Community is run by Sky.

I tried the 10 minutes off, which didn't help. So I did the factory reset. This worked in the short term, but next day it was back to not working 😞
Until it's properly fixed I'll be streaming discovery plus on my PC (which picks up the Sky subscription) and using HDMI to watch on my TV.

@DomBod . When you reset it doesn't revert the software and stays on 24. So you can't do what you suggest.

@DomBod how? When you use the factory reset in the menu it keeps the same software version you were on. You can't downgrade.

Ive had the same problem for 2 days.. the 2 pucs down stairs has error 400 on discovery plus yet the puc upstairs is fine.
Sky has been useless and so have discovery plus.

Ive got the same problem, factory reset didn't work for me. 2 pucs are fown and the one upstairs is still working. No joy from sky or discovery.

Youre quite correct, you cant revert the software, but my second puck still has the old software and I am not leaving it on when I am not using it so far it hasnt updated and still works!!!!!

I'm having issues with getting on to discovery plus. Keeps coming up with no internet connection & error 400. I've tried turning puck off and on, unplugged puck and left for a minute and also updated apps and it's still not working... anyone help?

I've just spoken to a real person (messaging) on discovery plus and they're working on it. Couldn't get them to commit to when it will be fixed unsurprisingly..

Discovery+ issue that is affecting some customers has nothing to do with build version QS024.012.00P
Discovery+ app issue is affecting some but not all customers.
It's due to sky/discovery + app server issue affecting some customers locations
Note not all customers are affected even though they also have Sky Stream build version QS024.012.00P

Apps providers often use multiple different servers to provide customers acces to their streaming apps on Sky Glass/Sky Stream
What server a customers app gets connected to from depends on customer location and ISP provider that is why some customers are not having a issue and some are having connection issue to the discovery+ app
My Sky Glass and 2 Sky Stream since start of December have had build versions
Sky Glass QS024.011.00P
Sky Stream Pucks have QS024.012.00P
I'm based in Republic of Ireland
I not had any issues with discovery+ app on Sky Glass or Sky Stream Pucks
My Discovery+ app on Sky Glass/Sly Stream would be connected to a different server than some other customers in UK
You just need to wait until Sky/Disovery+ ioslate what app server locations are affected so they can fix the issue
Error 400 is a server issue
It's likely a discovery+ app DNS server issue that used for some customers locations with Sky Glass/Sky Stream Pucks

@Paul+Boland how do you explain pucks in the same house. 1 with new software not working, 1 with old software working? See reply a few above this.

It's not sky Glass/Stream build version issue as there are other customers who have had QS024.012.00P since start of demember and are not affected
I have QS024.011.00P on Sky Glass and QS024.012.00P on my Sky Stream Pucks since first week in December
I have No issues with Discovery + App on Sky Glass or Sky Stream Puck
2 devices in a home can end up using different app server when been used
