Hi
still having issues with discovery plus channel. Cannot wstch it since April. Spoke to sky can't find anything. Is anyone else having this issue?

I m watching via Sky stream . Just saying I need to upgrade to watch it but it should be free as included in my package

Hi
yes I have . Spoke discovery plus agents and they are blaming sky . Spoke to sky they are blaming discovery plus and they don't know when this will be solved . I ve been told lots of people with same issue. I just going to subscribe monthly for now until Sky resolve the problem

I started a thread about the same issue, but my discussion on chat did not resolve it..
Just over a month on and still no word from Sky offering a resolution. I want Discovery Plus back. It is part of the agreed package and Sky is not fulfilling its contractual obligation.

I too am having these issues!! I can not access any content on Disco+ as it asks me to upgrade!!

Is the answer for me? If so I know it's an app on my online account it says it's free so everything is done so why would I have to put a passcode in and pay? If it's free? I know that there was a lot of issues with this but my programs are piling up. I'm paying the bill every month and I'm not watching what I should be every other app, my twins use is fine but this discovery app goes straight onto the app when I find it but it's pressing play. I've done marketplace and today app said please pay for your Sky streaming which I've never asked to be that I don't actually use that I don't think but , your answer is quite confusing as I don't have sky Glass. I just have sky Q and I've been a customer 19 years with many benefits so on the TV I've done it and it said it's free on there then I did it on my phone and then it said it's free again and then it comes up discovery+ is free but I can't watch it.

If that's for me, yeah I'll press that link but I'm sick of bloody links. I really am sorry but this is frustration and I'm sure millions of others feel it as well. I say it as it is and I'm exhausted from trying but I could also do with watching six schizophrenic blood brothers which only seems to be on the app. I cannot get, more annoying is paying the bloody bill and having the nerves to say something about streaming okay? I'll try that thank you.

I am also having, the same problem, fed up with it, come on Sky get it sorted, we are paying for a service, part of which is not being fulfilled by you.
i am logged in, can select a programme, but when I press play , " please upgrade your subscription" and more frustration caused to myself.
