Discovery+ plan issue on Stream

I have three Stream pucks in my home, all of them have been signed out of the Discovery+ app and when I sign back in, the app says I have no subscription in my account.
the My Sky account shows the subscription as active, and if I try to relink the subscription, it says the accounts are already linked.
Why can I not access the plan content?

I have completed a hard reset on one of the pucks, but I still have the same issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

A full hard reset of the puck resolved the issue for me.

Hi @Ben1952  I don't know if you have tried the reset which worked for @Pompeypirate36 but if not try a standard reset first by going to  Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset).  It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.

If that doesn't help then try a hard reset/recovery process which can be done as follows:

  1. On your Sky remote, press 4 and 6 together for three seconds. This will reset your remote.
  2. Switch off the Sky Stream puck at the mains plug socket. There's no need to unplug it.
  3. Press and hold the Standby button on the bottom of the Sky Stream puck.
  4. Keeping your finger on the button (underneath the puck), switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash amber then red or green,  then remove your finger.
  5. Let the Sky Stream puck complete the recovery process. This can take a while up to 15 minutes, depending on your broadband speed.
  6. Switch the Sky Stream puck back on and follow the on screen steps to set it up

Good luck.
