Discovery + Cannot Activate

Trying to activate Discovery + but no joy.

 

1 - Scanned the QR code with my mobile and after the redirect it just goes to a black screen.

 

2 - On Mac browser tried sky.com/discoveryplus-activate.  I get a message from the Sky page that it's redirecting to Discovery Plus then once it lands on the auth.discoveryplus.com site, again just a black page.

 

So with either method I dont get to the stage for account creation.  Any ideas?  TIA

I managed to resolve this myself (Sky phone support weren't much use) .

 

The issue was caused by icloud private relay running on my devices.  whatsmyip revealed that private relay was showing my location as USA despite being set to 'maintain general location' (maybe as my ISP is Starlink). Once icloud private relay was temporarily disabled and browser history cleared, the blank registration page was populated with the necessary fields to create a new Discovery + account.
