On my LG Smart TV for the past week I have been unable to access any Sky TV service such as the Sky Essential & Sky Sports. Previously I have had no problem accessing these channels.

Turn on your Sky Puck then change the TVs input to the HDMI the Puck is connected to, the Sky service uses its own hardware and not the smart TV features that th LG channels do

Re: Disappeared Sky Sports & Essential channels
Your TV does not provide the Sky service it is just used as a display
What Sky service do you have that is connected to your tv?
- Sky+ (Satellite box)
- Sky Q (Satellite box)
- Sky Stream (Internet box)

Re: Disappeared Sky Sports & Essential channels
Hi Annie & Mark
I am subscribed to sky stream broadband and also to the sky essential Sky Sports packages since New Year's Eve. The broadband is still working normally but I cannot access sky TV packages or just over a week. Previous to everything was working normally. A week ago I was in the normal sky TV package when I saw that LG had their own TV channels 275 in total mainly very specialist such as Travel fishing etc. however, once I left the LG channels I couldn't get back to the sky TV service. I've tried going into the TV settings and using auto tuning but it only comes up with the LG channels. I've spent most of the morning trying to get through to a human being at Sky rather than their bots which keep asking the same irrelevant questions regardless of my answers. There is no error message just no Sky TV.
