Device switched to 576p and now won't allow UHD to be enabled

Switched on the TV this afternoon after watching this morning and everything was fine, and the menus were visibly blurry.

Odd I thought, so went to resolution settings and it had set itself to 576p (my TV is a Sony 4K) for some reason.

I can switch it to every resolution up to and including 1080p, but when I select 2160p the options area of the menu goes blank as if it's going to try and switch but it then just sits there doing nothing.

I can press Home or Back and it goes back to the resolution options.

To be clear, the screen stays on when I do this, it's like some kind of UI bug or something.  ibe tried a power off and a restart via the UI but nothing.

For anybody that comes across this in future, I hard reset of the TV seemed to fix it.
