Delivery issues
So royal mail tried to deliver my sky stream puck but couldnt because my street was closed as its a new build. They werent meant to try the next day but havent. Has anyone else had this?

Taken from the Sky Stream delivery info;
If you've missed your delivery, you can reschedule it through the DPD or Royal Mailwebsites.
We’ll try to deliver your items up to three times. If we miss you a third time, your order will be returned to us and cancelled.
Items can't be left in a safe space, with a neighbour or collected from a local delivery depot. And the delivery address can't be changed after you've ordered
Have you contacted Royal Mail in the above link with your tracking number to find out why they are unable to deliver to your property.
For any further help with this and future orders, would suggest calling Sky using the 'No I still need help' button at the bottom of that article.
