Delink my incorrect Netflix from sky account

I've spent a few days and many hourskmon this nor very frustrated - Netflix and Sky can't agree between them who can delink it. Sky have been sent a link to Netflix activation page on Sky website, when you click it, it passes you through 2 factor authentication and then dumps you in the customer deals page. Netflix want this step to compete so it produces a 6 figure code which they use to delink, the page doesn't go anywhere towards getting that code and sky don't know how to fix it!! I've got screens this and links and no where to send them! I keep repeating myself every time I call! Does anyone have a Sky email address for customer services? I've atesche the link thy day to use and the three steps showing what happens after you've logged in... https://www.sky.com/shop/netflix/activate

Wow all my frustrations led to some bad typos... in short that link they gave doesn't work and the screenshots to prove it!

@Twinkletown  Netflix are responsible for delinking an email address from an app they own run and mange

 

skys roll is simply billing and has no control or say on how the rest of Netflix runs or works 

 

bottom line is get back in touch with Netflix I don't take no for answer when they try and pass the buck

I've spent 3 hours on with Sky today about this issue again -  the issue is that the Sky webpage isn't displaying where you need to go to delink the email address of your Netflix account. Netflix can't do anything until the email is delink Sky side. Skys webpage isn't working, it sends out an error code following two step verification that redirects the page incorrectly to error and the shop/choose. Sky are aware but can't change it until the "webpage person" looks at it again. I'm now having to wait until Monday for the "webpage person" to

look at it. Once sky fox the webpage and you can delink/activicate all will be well - until then - I'm left hanging! .Amongst my 3hrs with Sky we've tried all combinations to access this page and all roads lead to the webpage error (iOS/windows/incognito). I've even had to change the email address on my Sky account to see if that helped to repoint the IP address, needless to say, it didn't help either!! The webpage errors started when they put the HBO offerings live!

I'm in exactly the same boat, Sky have said it will to take upto 48 hours to delink my account with Netflix but Netflix are saying the accounts havnt been linked and Netflix are saying its a problem with Sky servers. I've spent hours on the phone to both Sky and Netflix and both are blaming each other

My suggestion would be to raise a formal complaint with Sky, that's how I finally got someone to pay attention. I'm still going through this now and my next call back is today with Sky - they've given some steps

for Netflix activation to try and replace the wrong account, but I don't have the password for the wrong account (as it's not real! It was an email address typo!) so

well see what they now suggest (been going on since 3rd March!) Will post the update this afternoon.
