If you are referring to there being no cricket on the Sky Sports Cricket channel at the moment, then that is correct.
In situations where there are several PL football matches on at the same time (and Sky have the broadcast rights for them), they will split the matches across a number of their Sky Sports channels that don't have any live sport scheduled for that time. As there is no live cricket scheduled for Sky Sports Cricket they have decided to use that channel to show one of the Premier League matches this lunchtime.
Any of the replays or documentaries about cricket that would have otherwise been scheduled on the channel instead is still available to watch on demand.
