Do you have whole home subscription? Was the movie on Sky or was it netflix or Disney etc? We need more information to be able to assist.

Netflix teirs are different to that of sky. Netflix only allow you to watch on two screens with standard and standard with ads. Premium allows up to 4 devices at a time. You need to make sure you have exited out of netflix on the puck not just pressed home as the app may still be running.
