Controlling volume on sky stream

Hi we just got in to sky stream with help from sky but now the volume control doesn't work after it was set up cant access the settings on screen

Does the power button still work for the TV?

If you go into the settings options at the bottom of the homepage, then connected devices and select the remote, from there you'll be able to reprogramme it to your TV.
