Do you have to sign an agreement for sky stream

I'm just reposting this under a different header as I'm not sure I've done it right. Apologies if that's against the rules!

Hi all,

So my mum has ordered a subscription to sky stream, we signed up on Saturday night at about 11pm. Unfortunately though when putting in her email we made a small mistake, putting .con instead of .com. it was quickly rectified and shes been able to log in to mysky and skygo (and use it to watch all the channels). However, shes had no more emails or any notifications of tracking, and in her account under order tracking it just says "activation due". We're just worried that she might have missed a vital email that she need to agree to, or is it that the delivery and notifications are just really slow?

Thanks in advance!

She should have been asked for a date she wants the sky stream devices delivered to her when she signed up... (either online or by phone). It should also say this date someone within the app?

It won't show as activated until its been installed.

Sky can't provide a delivery date as it's sent via different couriers depending on where in the Uk you live and different courier services will have different processes and delivery days (ie some may deliver on weekends whilst others won't), and it would also depend on how long it takes to move through the couriers network to get to your local dispatch warehouse before it can be scheduled for delivery.
