Contract query if I order a puck mid-contract

Hello

if I get the extra puck mid contract, is that on a rolling month basis or is it tied to my remaining contract?

Pucks are for Sky Glass / Stream. Mini boxes are for adding to Sky Q and Sky loan them to you.

You need to change your signature at the bottom of your posts otherwise all your posts on the Stream board will be very confusing. Your thread title hasn't helped 😂

Stream pucks are 'free' hardware loaned to facilitate subscription consumption, so it's the subscription which counts.  Do you already have the Whole Home add-on?

The Whole Home sub is on a 31 day rolling contract so you can easily cancel but any additional pucks you have will need to be returned to Sky. You will not be refunded any of the £39.95 activation fees for each additional puck.

@oxfordmark  You can add an additional puck any time, the only thing you neeed to have is the whiolemhome sub, it won't affect your original deal (if you have one)
