Continue Watching issue

As of this morning, the "Continue Watching" seems broken, only listing shows from Netflix or the Sky branded channels.

 

On main Sky Glass AND pucks.

 

All the other stuff which normally piles up in there has disappeared (Disney, BBC, 5, etc).

 

Have done an app refresh and power cycled.

Yeah i'm seeing this as well.

 

Its not just the CW rail either, when opening the rails in the playlist all of the content from 3rd Party apps has disappeared only showing sky on-demand content.

 

However all the shows do appear as expected when clicking the Manage All button at the bottom of the playlist page.

Programmes of playlist disappearing

All of my playlist has disappeared and although I can add new programmes, they don't stay in the playlist.

also, my continue  watching feature has disappeared?

please help?

It does this randomly. It's the nature of a server-based operating system which SkyOS is. You need to maintain a good constant connection to the server and refresh it regularly by restarting your puck. This should prompt the server to refresh your playlist and continue watching rail, both of which are stored on the server.

Hi @andyb29 it's the same for me, a reboot hasn't fixed the issue but I'm certain it will return at some point soon.

Yes, it does seem to be an issue on the continue rail and playlist this morning.

For me any Sky On demand, Netflix and U is showing.

No Paramount+, ITVx, 4, 5, Disney+, HBO Max, iPlayer are showing.

 

I tried a settings restart and that did not resolve the issue

 

I've reported it to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

Would suggest others do the same.

 

I have combined some posts and another thread into this one.

Sky glass playlist vanished this morning 

done a soft reset 

still vanished and if I + a program to the playlist it won't show

also search won't find programs on platforms like Netflix

Sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available.

Yesterday I noticed there was a new episode of Car SOS on my playlist so I went in to watch it this morning and it's not there, Car SOS is missing from my playlist along with about 50% of my other series.

 

I then done a search for Car SOS which returned the series but when I select it to watch I just receive this message.

 

I've switched off at the socket for 5 minutes, performed several restarts and refreshed my apps but nothing changes and I'm still left with half of my playlist working and this message when I try to watch.

 

I'm so sick of Sky Stream and wish I'd never bought it!

Sky streaming playlist

I have Sky Streaming and all my programmes on Playl8st have disappeared.  Tried everything that has been suggested.

Playlist corruption

I've read about others playlist missing, mine disappeared today, so when I search for my program there's a tick showing it's added to my playlist, I've tried removing it then readding I've even tried creating a new profile but playlist keeps showing up empty telling me I can add stuff here. Gonna try a factory reset

To add to this, if you go and manually find your missing program, it is already ticked as if it is is part of a playlist.

Missing playlist

I have lost most of my playlist recordings on my sky glass and also my other TV with a sky puck. I seem to still be able to see sky programmes but none added via itv , Netflix etc. if I go to readd it indicates it's already there but it's not. I have rebooted twice now.
