Continue Watching a mess again!

Out of the blue this afternoon the CW rail populated with 15 items from goodness knows where, some series I know I've not watched.  I've managed to clear most but Disney and Prime items will just not clear.

I was hopeful after the recent issues and a new UI released stability would be here for a while at least, sadly not 😡

Re: Continue Watching a mess again!

Went nuclear turned off personalisation so cleared out CW. Reactivated this morning and started to repopulate it with current stuff.

Not concerned on history as Sky drops the blue line traceability after a few weeks anyway and everything fully tracked on Apple TV.

I do hope Sky sort this issue though it is such a weakness of Sky Stream.

@Gincap I've had to resort to turning off Personalisation from time to time (but not for a while).  On seeing your original post I checked my CW rail and found it to be as expected except for 1 weird addition that has appeared at the end of the rail.

If there is one thing that will ultimately drive me away from Sky (other than price) it's the poor implementation of the CW rail.   Let's hope it's somewhere in the priority list for improvement 🤞

I know I just can't understand why Sky can't come up with a solution. I appreciate CW is all held server side and not locally but surely there has to be a solution, it just appears to have little priority.

I couldn't get my head around the rail yesterday there was some real obscure stuff on there so just decided to wipe it start again.

It's a shame I watched Vigil via Sky last night and the quality was outstanding but then there's these constant glitches that just frustrate and spoil the enjoyment of using stream.
