Constantly freezing puc

I have two pics. The first works seamlessly. The second freezes constantly. I'm rebooting literally every 20 mins. The internet speed is fine, so what do I do?

Hi @Ian0269 

 

Try swapping them over. If the one which is working starts playing up then it's environmental factors (i.e WiFi signal in the area where puck is located), if the offending puck still plays up likely hardware issue and you should get sky to swap it out.

Good suggestion. Swapped them over. Puck still plays up in other room and the other one is fine. 
Assume I'll have to ring Sky now. That'll be fun.
